DUBLIN, CA — A recently opened meal prep franchise restaurant in Dublin is offering clean eating, pre-portioned meals to go or for delivery.

Customers can order online or stop by the Dublin LeanFeast store at 4554 Dublin Blvd. to pick out custom meals, prepared on-site, ready to eat throughout the week, said Jason Silveria, a co-owner of the restaurant. Meals are fresh for four or five days after preparation, according to the company's website.

Choose from an array of proteins from tri-tip steak to plant-based faux meat products, carbs such as rice or sweet potato mash, and veggies such as zucchini or asparagus. LeanFeast offers meals for diets such as whole 30, keto, Weight Watchers, paleo, gluten-free, according to the company's website.

Delivery is offered within a 15-mile radius of the store, which stretches as far west as the Hayward and San Leandro areas, and as far north as the area above Danville.

Silveria, a Bay area native and cancer survivor, fell in love with the LeanFeast concept after eating meals from one of the LeanFeast San Jose stores.

"We loved the business model and we loved the healthy food," he said.

He opened the Dublin store with friend Mike Gordon, who first introduced him to LeanFeast, and fellow business partners Jessica Atsuumi and Jenn Gordon.

They initially planned to open the store in April, but the coronavirus pandemic delayed their plans. Construction on the store was completed over the summer and the eatery opened in November.

Contact LeanFeast at 925-999-8644 or, or visit weekdays from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. or Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The store is closed Sundays.
