The Blind, based on the life of Duck Dynasty patriarch Phil Robertson has an official release date. The movie was filmed at various locations around Shreveport.

This film will follow the story of how Robertson went from a local football star to the creator of the one-of-a-kind duck call to a reality TV star.

It will begin in the 1960s and show never-before-seen parts of Robertson's life including his struggle with the shame of his past while navigating his own alcoholism and complicated family dynamics as a husband and father.

The Blind is currently set to have a theatrical release on September 22, 2023.
