Power restored for over 1K in Iredell, Lincoln Counties, Duke Energy says
Over a thousand people were without power in Iredell and Lincoln counties on Saturday night, according to Duke Energy’s Outage Map.
The outage in Iredell County was reported just before 7 p.m., with most of the outages near Montibello Drive in Mooresville.

Duke Energy said the cause of the outage was an object hitting power lines. The company hasn’t said what hit the power lines or how long the outage will last.
The Lincoln County outage was reported just after 10 p.m. was fixed early Sunday morning.
Duke Energy said they don’t know what caused the Lincoln County outage.
