Duluth mayor to deliver 'State of the City' address Monday

Apr. 5—Duluth Mayor Emily Larson will step to a podium in the City Hall reception room to deliver her "State of the City" address to an unusually empty room at 6:30 p.m. Monday, April 5. But the public can watch the speech remotely through this Facebook link.
Larson skipped the speech last year due to concerns about the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
