Dunkaroos Has a New Variety That Comes With Chocolate Chip Frosting
’90s kids spent years begging for Dunkaroos to make their return. When they did in 2020, we were ecstatic to snack on the Vanilla Cookies with Vanilla Frosting with Rainbow Sprinkles again. Then, in 2021, the Vanilla Cookies with Chocolate Frosting variety made its return. Now, to kick off 2022 in all its glory, Betty Crocker has unveiled a brand-new flavor to remind us why this is one of the best bites a kid can have.
The new Dunkaroos Chocolate Cookies with Chocolate Chip Frosting is arriving in stores in March 2022. These variety is exactly what it sounds like. On one side of the pack are round chocolate cookies, and on the other is white icing that’s filled with chocolate chips. Dip as much or as little as your heart desires for the perfect bite.
The chocolate chip-filled variety is hitting grocery retailers nationwide this March, a PR rep confirmed to Best Products. The Dunkaroos flavor will only be available in six-count boxes for a suggested retail price of $3.99.
This isn’t the only good news for Dunkaroos lovers. While we’ve been able to get the Vanilla Cookies with Vanilla Frosting with Rainbow Sprinkles and Vanilla Cookies with Chocolate Frosting flavors in single packs for a while now, Betty Crocker is now making them available in their own 6-count boxes. Gone are the days when you had to snag individual packs. Simply grab a box and you’re set for ’90s-inspired lunches all week long.
