Duo Tapas Bar and Lounge employee shot to death after dispute in Yonkers
YONKERS — One man is dead and another injured following a dispute which culminated with several shots fired early Sunday at Duo Tapas Bar and Lounge, according to a statement from the Yonkers Police Department.
Police said around 2:08 a.m. a gunman fired several handgun shots into the vestibule of the bar, located at 748 Yonkers Ave., and hit two employees.
Both gunshot victims were rushed to a local hospital where one died as a result of his injuries, according to police.

A person of interest is in custody, police said.
While the Yonkers Police Department continues to investigate the shooting, according to the statement, Yonkers Avenue in both directions is currently closed at the crime scene location.
Police advised commuters to plan accordingly and avoid the area.
