The William Sonoma x Staub Dutch oven, which also comes in blue, is a bit heavier than the one we tested (12 pounds, 14 ounces versus 11 pounds, 8 ounces), with extra heft in the lid to lock in moisture for tenderness. Both models are oven and broiler safe up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, however, and you can wash them in the dishwasher without fear of ruining them.
