Dwayne Johnson, a devoted #girldad, is doing everything he can to keep his little ones safe and happy right now. For his youngest daughter, 1-year-old Tiana, that comes with a very specific job description — rapping his verse from Moana‘s “You’re Welcome” every time she gets her hands washed. Johnson shared this daddy-daughter ritual with us, and we’ll be archiving this shirtless Johnson treasure to look back on for a while.

Johnson’s video shows an inside look at his bathroom (per his caption, they’re “pre daddy’s shower ritual”). “I am going to sing a song teaching our kids how to wash their hands,” he explains. “You could say the ABCs, but instead we sing Daddy’s rap portion of “You’re Welcome” from Moana.

Johnson dives right in, scrubbing up little Tiana’s hands and pausing to let her chime in. “Before my showers now, Baby Tia (mama mia) demands I sing the rap portion of my song “You’re Welcome” from MOANA, while I wash her hands,” he writes in the caption. “We realized a few weeks ago that the rap portion of the song is perfect timing when getting your little ones to have fun washing their hands.”

We all have our own systems: Mariah Carey is also teaching her kids hand washing rituals based off her own music. The important thing here is that it’s a ritual Tiana is excited about, which means she won’t fight dad on washing her hands for the full 20 seconds.

In fact, Johnson argues his little girl could be a little less into it: “Gotta love how at the start of this vid, baby Tia is like, ‘just shut your mouth and sing daddy,'” he jokes. You tell him, Tiana!
