Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson's family want him to make WWE return

It seems WWE fans aren't the only ones who would love to see Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson make a return to the squared circle.
The former WWE Superstar-turned-Hollywood megastar made his last WWE appearance in October 2019 when he helped celebrate the 20th Anniversary of SmackDown.
But it's been even longer since 'The Great One' last wrestled. At WrestleMania 32, in 2016, he had a spontaneous match against Erick Rowan that lasted seconds. Before that, he was last seen lacing up his boots when he took on John Cena at WrestleMania 29.

In recent months, fans had hoped that The Rock could return, as it seemed like the ultimate ending to Roman Reigns's Bloodline storyline. But whether it was due to Johnson's Hollywood commitments, or simply because the storyline took off with Sami Zayn and Cody Rhodes was fit for the Royal Rumble, The Rock seems to be a non-factor in WresteleMania plans.
Speaking to Insider, Johnson's cousin, WWE Superstar Tamina, said that the whole family want him to return to what is their family business.
"All of us, including his mama, want him to come back," Tamina said. "I feel like everybody wants him to return."

Last June, Johnson surprised Tamina by gifting her a house and a car. On Twitter, Johnson shared a video of him surprising his cousin and wrote: "She deserves a lot more.
"Been a single mom, raising two kids all while living the hard life as a pro wrestler - on the road, wrestling nightly for YEARS. I wanted to bring a little stability in my cousin’s life for her and her kids."
