Dwyane Wade, Gabrielle Union launch T-shirt line supporting LGBTQ kids after embracing son
Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade and wife Gabrielle Union are advocating for the LGBTQ community after supporting Wade's son during the Miami Beach Pride parade this spring.
The couple announced a limited-edition T-shirt line on Instagram. The black shirts ask people, "Please Remain Inclusive & Dedicated 2 Equality." They pledged 50% of the proceeds would go GLSEN, which champions creating safe and affirming schools for grades kindergarten through 12.
The couple announced they will donate $50,000 to the organization.
"Please Remain Inclusive & Dedicated to Equality tees‼" Wade wrote on a photo of himself and Union with sons Zion, 12, and Zaire, 17, and nephew Dahveon Morris, 18.
Union shared the same photo on her Instagram.

"As a family, we believe inclusion and equality are two essential pillars needed to move towards growth and progressive thinking and action in our society," Union captioned her lengthy post. "We have created a Limited Edition T shirt to help create a more inclusive space with our platform."
Union closed her post with numerous hashtags: #StopKillingBlackTransWomen #StopKillingTransWomen #TransWomenAreWomen #SupportingEachOtherWithPride.
Wade responded to her post by writing, "OurLifeOurWay❤️"
The T-shirts are available at YnG DnA for $35.
In April, the family supported Wade's son Zion while he participated in the annual Miami Beach Pride march. Wade was playing in an NBA game at the time but said on social media, "We support each with pride!" Union was at the pride parade and posted social media pictures in support of her stepson.
Zion and older brother Zaire are Wade's children with ex-wife Siohvaughn Funches.
