However, Arden Villa, the official name of the gated estate, is just as luxurious as depicted on the popular show. (Arden Villa has also had its close-up in movies such as Billy Madison and Terms of Endearment.)

The Los Angeles Times reported that the home was last sold for $20 million in 2013 and that it went up for sale for $28 million in 2017.
