New eagle camera installed at St. John's

Dec. 8—St. John's Lutheran Community on Friday announced the addition of an eagle camera for its widely followed eagle's nest at its Fountain Lake campus.

The organization installed a live-stream camera that overlooks the nest, which hosts a pair of American bald eagles.

According to a press release, the camera will provide an unprecedented, high-definition insight into the movements of the eagles.

"We are excited to offer our local community the opportunity to experience the beauty of these majestic bald eagles," the release said. "This is an incredible opportunity to connect people in a new way to bald eagles living in our community."

The live-stream camera is now available on the following YouTube link.
