Eagles interviewing Colts OC Nick Sirianni for head coaching job

The Eagles coaching search continues and an unfamiliar name has been added to the mix as Indianapolis Colts offensive coordinator Nick Sirianni will interview on Tuesday.

Sirianni, 39, was hired by Frank Reich in 2018 to call plays for the Colts’ offense after two years as the Chargers’ quarterbacks coach, where he worked with Reich.

Sirianni played a huge role in reconfiguring the team’s offense after Andrew Luck’s shocking retirement before the 2019 season and did a good job in 2020 despite Philip Rivers’ struggles.

Sirianni could be an exciting hire for a troubled Eagles franchise in need of a spark and leadership for the quarterback.
