TikTokers are obsessed with a random audio snippet from an ITV News clip. The popular sound has already been used in thousands of videos — likely because it perfectly sums up how people are feeling about a lot of things right now.

The audio is from an ITV News at 10 segment. Anchor Tom Bradby asked, “What on earth is going on in the House of Commons?” regarding a member’s sexual assault allegations.
The scandal unfolded in May 2022. London Metropolitan police revealed that a Tory Party (U.K.’s conservative party) member in the House of Commons (the elected legislative branch of U.K. Parliament) allegedly committed 202 sexual offenses between 2002 and 2009, according to BBC.
The sound, uploaded by @itszkrm, became popular on TikTok and has been used in over 29,000 videos.
Some people use the sound to describe the dizzying feeling of their always chaotic and ever-changing lives.
