East Jordan High School announces top grads of 2022

EAST JORDAN — East Jordan High School has announced that Evelyn Diller, Theodore Sherman and Anna Richards have been named co-valedictorians for the Class of 2022. Thomas Reid is the salutatorian.

Evelyn Diller

Evelyn is the daughter of Scott and Charlotte Diller. She will graduate with a 4.06 grade point average.

When in high school, Evelyn played volleyball and softball. She was also involved in BPA and the student council.

After graduation, Evelyne plans to pursue a degree in business at Alabama University.

Theodore Sherman
Theodore Sherman

Theodore is the son of Ted and Tracey Sherman. He will graduate with a 4.06 grade point average.

When in high school, he played football, basketball, track and baseball. Theodore was also involved in the National Honor Society, BPA, student council and SAFE in Northern Michigan.

After graduation, Theodore plans to study business at Michigan State University.

Anna Richards
Anna Richards

Anna Richards is the daughter of John and Heather Richards. She will graduate with a 4.06 grade point average.

During high school, she participated in volleyball, basketball, tennis and track. Anna was also a member of student council, SAFE in Northern Michigan, the National Honor Society, and the Sociedad Honoraria Hispanica.

After graduation, Anna plans to attend Alma College.

Thomas Reid

Thomas is the son of Tom and Michelle Reid and will graduate with a 4.05 grade point average.

While in high school, Thomas played baseball, football and basketball. He also participated in BPA, the National Honor Society, SAFE in Northern Michigan, the Sociedad Honoraria Hispanica and student council.

After graduation, Thomas plans to study marketing at Grand Rapids Community College.
