Sir’Isaac Foster, a senior at Frankston High School, told KETK about the significance of the scholarship.

“This scholarship, it actually rewards students for being good students. It rewards students for not only being good students but for being curious and intelligent and just not so focused on the rigidity that the modern school system, often places on these kids. So the fact that I’m rewarded for that is just phenomenal,” said Foster.

UT Tyler said it’s rewarding to give students the chance to grow through education.
