EastEnders airs Nugget twist in Denise and Ravi affair story

EastEnders has aired a shock twist in the ongoing Denise and Ravi affair story, as Ravi's son Nugget inserted himself into the drama.
Previously, Ravi and Denise had a short fling before Ravi started dating Denise’s daughter Chelsea. Ravi then blackmailed Denise to get information about Jack Branning's criminal case against him in order to keep the dalliance a secret.
Early in Monday's (April 10) episode, however, Denise was dismayed to find out that Chelsea gave Ravi an alibi. In fact, she already told the police the alibi and promised her mother they wouldn't find out the truth.

A furious Denise went straight to Ravi's house... only for Nugget to answer the door. Nugget fretted about his dad potentially going back to prison, while Chelsea wondered why Denise had such a problem with Ravi.
Nugget confronted Ravi about Denise and Chelsea causing him "beef". Ravi tried to calm him down, but Nugget saw that Denise was ringing his dad. Nugget then told Suki and Nish that he just wanted everything to go back to normal.
Denise then confronted Ravi in the kitchen of the restaurant and warned him against getting Chelsea "dragged into whatever [he] got [himself] caught up" in.
"You made her lie to the police. She could go down for this," Denise said before Ravi revealed that the police dropped the case against him.
"They looked for all the stuff I was meant to have stolen. Found nothing but a couple of laptops," Ravi said. He then accused Denise of tipping off the police in the first place.

As Denise and Ravi argued, Nugget listened in at the door. Denise and Ravi hinted at their past affair as Ravi explained how much he likes Chelsea. The former lovers were then interrupted when Nugget dropped a plate outside the door.
Nugget ran away but Ravi saw the smashed plate — and his son's bag.
Later, Nugget snuck into the restaurant and stole his dad's phone, correctly guessing the passcode. He then found texts between Denise and Ravi that confirmed their affair.
How will Ravi explain this to his son?
