EastEnders' Danny Walters drops clue on Christmas flashforward mystery

EastEnders actor Danny Walters has hinted that the flashforward victim could be one of many potential suspects.
Earlier this year the long-running show teased viewers with its first-ever flashforward scene as a part of its 38th anniversary special. Since the teaser dropped, showing The Six (Sharon, Linda, Stacey, Suki, Kathy and Denise) all standing over a dead body, fans have been wondering who it could be.
Speaking out on his character's fate, Danny, who plays Keanu Taylor, revealed several characters could be in the mix as the victim.

On whether Keanu is the victim, he said: "I think, in fantastic EastEnders style, over the months, you'll see a lot more conflicting relationships with other characters. I think there won't just be Keanu, but there'll be other characters that will get themselves in situations where we'll start to question: 'Could it be them?'
"But regarding that topic, my lips are sealed still. I wish I could say, but I actually don't know."
Tension is high in the square for Keanu as his daughter Peggy is back with Lisa Fowler, determined to make his life hell for what Keanu did to her daughter and mother to Peggy, Louise Mitchell.
Eagle-eyed viewers will have noticed Sharon wearing a wedding dress in the flashforward, and with Sharon and Keanu an item, does he do something to tick her off?

On whether he'd like Keanu and Sharon to get married, he said: "Working with Leticia Dean, she's an absolute queen. She's an icon. She's fantastic, and I think the way I've always played Keanu is Sharon is his number one. He's so tunnel vision when it comes to stuff like that.
He admitted that there was a "blip" between him and Chelsea at one point but that Sharon is the one for Keanu.
Danny added: "Keanu's had other relationships, but it's always been Sharon and it always will be Sharon for Keanu and the way I'm playing the character. It would be quite iconic. It would be beautiful to have a wedding with Letitia Dean, or Sharon Watts, on the Square, and she can be a Sharon Taylor. That would be quite cool."
