Over on Hollyoaks, Finn O'Connor's return scenes air as his stepmum Diane Hutchinson pays him a visit in prison.

With everyone united against Laurie, Brody Hudson tries to track down people who have been abused by him in the past – hoping this could help the case as it did with Buster Smith.

Brody and Sienna end up meeting two women who were targeted by Laurie before he moved to Hollyoaks. The couple then report back to Sinead, who's given more fuel to fight for justice.

Meanwhile, Diane believes that visiting Finn (Keith Rice) could help her to get inside the mind of a rapist – and potentially provide a clue for how to bring Laurie down.

The following day, Diane crashes Hollyoaks High's school prom and confronts Laurie in front of all the students. Could this public humiliation lead to Laurie's downfall?

Finn's return paves the way for a full-time comeback later in the summer, as he reaches the end of the jail sentence he received for raping John Paul McQueen.

Coming up on Coronation Street, Sinead Tinker fears the worst after attending her MRI scan.

Sinead (Katie McGlynn) has received an appointment from the hospital to check on her progress after she finished her cancer treatment a few weeks ago.

Friday's episode (June 14) saw Sinead put on a brave face by assuring her husband Daniel Osbourne that it was a good thing to have the doctors keeping an eye on her.

Next week, Sinead and Daniel attend the scan appointment together. Once back on the street, Sinead's auntie Beth shows her a picture that she's taken of baby Bertie, which leaves her overcome with emotion.

As Sinead rushes out, Daniel follows her and she explains how the picture of Bertie set her off as she still fears for her future.

Daniel assures Sinead that she's going nowhere and they ask Beth, who's developing an interest in photography, to take some family portrait shots. Will this prove to be a welcome distraction?
