EastEnders' Jacqueline Jossa has blasted claims that she regrets doing reality TV.

Famed for playing Lauren Branning in the BBC soap since 2010, Jossa joined I'm a Celebrity... Get the Out of Here! in 2019, which she ultimately went on to win.

However, some tabloid reports recently suggested she didn't enjoy her jungle experience.

Posting on Instagram Stories, Jossa told her fans in response: "At the gym this morning, woken up to news that apparently I regret my 'reality star choices' and regret doing the jungle.

"Are you MAD!! I feel like I constantly talk about how life changing and amazing the jungle was for me. The best experience I've ever done in my life. LIFE CHANGING!

She added: "Can't bare people 'sources' talking for me.... I'm right here babes... ask me!!!! Thankyouuuuuuuuuu."

This coincides with her full-time return to Walford as Lauren after a number of cameos.

Meanwhile, The Sun revealed this week that Jossa had struck an unprecedented deal with EastEnders permitting her to collaborate with lucrative brands on the side.

By negotiating the terms of her contract, she's able to continue working with big name brands like In The Style.

A spokesperson for EastEnders shared in a statement for Digital Spy: "As with all talent, we are working with Jacqueline Jossa to ensure her pre-existing deals do not conflict with the show or BBC guidelines."

EastEnders airs on Mondays - Thursdays at 7.30pm on BBC One. The show also streams on BBC iPlayer.
