Eastern Arkansas Church Flooded After Heavy Rainfall

A flash flood warning was issued in eastern Arkansas cities on Wednesday, June 9, as parts of the state were inundated with more than 19 inches of rain in 48 hours, the second-highest two-day rainfall total on record.
