Eastern Stark County land sales: Louisville apartment buildings sell for $1.25 million

A collection of apartment buildings in Louisville recently was sold for $1.25 million, according to the latest real estate filings with the Stark County Auditor’s Office.

Chapel Street Rentals LLC purchased buildings at 103 Chapel Ridge St.; 1268 N. Chapel St.; and 1332 N. Chapel St. from Hopes Rental LLC.

The real estate transfers cover Sept. 23 to Sept. 29:
