A Circle K store at 726 E. Lincolnway in Minerva has sold for $290,000, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor’s Office.
The land transfer involved two limited-liability companies, with 726 Maa Uniya LLC purchasing the property from Ohio RE Investment LLC.
