Eastern Stark land sales: Alliance Country Club buys city home for $85,000
Alliance Country Club has purchased a neighboring property on Fairway Drive for $85,000.
The club bought 711 Fairway Drive from EA Lohnes Realty LLC. The club also has a request for a waiver with the City of Alliance Planning Commission at its Oct. 19 meeting. Records from the board indicate the club is seeking to build an outdoor dining area on its property.
