Eastern Stark land transfers: Two homes sell for more than $500,000

Two properties in eastern Stark County recently were sold for more than $500,000, according to the latest real estate transfers from the Stark County Auditor’s Office.

A five-bedroom, single-family home at 9955 Preston Ave. NE in Marlboro Township sold for $535,000. The home built in 2005 has a combined 10 parking spaces in attached and detached garages.

A four-bedroom, single-family home at 9234 Georgetown St. in Osnaburg Township sold for $505,000. The home built in 1989 is more than 2,000 square feet.

The transfers cover Nov. 18 to Nov. 24:
