Eastland County sex offender accused of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child

EASTLAND COUNTY, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) – A Cisco man remains in the Eastland County Jail on a $1 million bond after a warrant was issued for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child.

On January 30, The Eastland County Sheriff’s Office arrested 63-year-old Rafael ‘Buddy’ Ramirez of Cisco at his place of employment. According to Cisco Police News, Ramirez was taken into custody on a warrant for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child.

Ramirez, who was on the state sex offender registry for a previous offense, is now held at the Eastland County Jail on a $1 million bond. The investigation is ongoing and all individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
