Eatonville School District and teachers’ union reach tentative deal ending strike
On Wednesday night, the Eatonville School District announced that it had reached a tentative agreement with the Eatonville Education Association.
Details of the agreement will remain confidential until the contract has been voted on and ratified.
Based on the deal, students are expected to start school Friday for grades 1-12 and Monday for preschoolers. Kindergarten students will start on Sept. 21 to allow teachers to meet with families individually.
