Oct. 31—The following is a list of felony dispositions from the Ector County District Clerk's Office. Listed attorneys do not necessarily represent who was involved when the case was disposed. The prosecuting attorney was not listed unless otherwise stated.

ASSAULT

Austin Allen Edward Neer, 29, pleaded guilty Oct. 20 to aggravated assault with deadly weapon Fv and was sentenced to six years probation and deferred adjudication. Judge John Shrode approved the deal. Mike Holmes was the attorney.

Carolina Martinez, 60, pleaded guilty Oct. 20 to aggravated assault date/family/house serious bodily injury (Fv) and was sentenced to five years probation and deferred adjudication. Judge John Shrode approved the deal. Scott Layh was the attorney.

Johnathen Payen Sanchez, 20, pleaded guilty Oct. 20 to aggravated assault with deadly weapon and was sentenced to 20 years in prison. Judge John Shrode approved the deal.

Mariano Guadalupe Garcia, 40, pleaded guilty Oct. 21 to aggravated assault with deadly weapon and was sentenced to eight years probation and deferred adjudication. Judge Denn Whalen approved the deal.

Melissa Delgadillo Garcia, 52, had an aggravated assault against public servant charge dismissed Oct. 25. Judge John W. Smith presided.

Miska Janiece Robinson, 35, pleaded guilty Oct. 25 on three counts of aggravated assault date/family/house with deadly weapon and was sentenced to six years in prison. Judge Denn Whalen approved the deal. Kevin Acker and Rudolf Moisiuc were the attorneys.

Ruben Zubia Almance, 37, was granted community supervision discharge and dismissal Oct. 24 on the charge of on two charges of aggravated assault with deadly weapon. Judge James Rush presided. Michael Louis McLeaish was the attorney.

Salvador Lerma, III, 33, pleaded guilty Oct. 19 to aggravated assault against public servant and was sentenced to 20 years in prison. Judge Justin Low approved the deal.

BURGLARY

Dylan Daniels, 30, pleaded guilty Oct. 21 to burglary of habitation and was sentenced to 10 years probation and 10 years in prison (suspended). Judge James Rush approved the deal.

Jonathan Ray Schmauch, 37, pleaded guilty Oct. 21 to burglary of building (Sjf) and was sentenced to 12 months in state jail. Judge Denn Whalen approved the deal. Rudolf Moisiuc was the attorney.

Raven Joshua Taylor, 22, pleaded guilty Oct. 20 to burglary of building (Sjf) and was sentenced to 12 months in state jail in an order adjudicating guilt. Judge Denn Whalen approved the deal. Rudolf Moisiuc was the attorney.

Ruth Goreti Grado, 32, pleaded guilty Oct. 19 on two counts of burglary of habitation and was sentenced to seven years probation and deferred adjudication. Judge James Rush approved the deal. Scott Layh was the attorney.

DWI

Charles Dennis, 65, pleaded guilty Oct. 21 to driving while intoxicated third or more, and was sentenced to two years in prison. Judge Denn Whalen approved the deal.

Luis Eduardo Paz, 27, pleaded guilty Oct. 21 to driving while intoxicated third or more IAT and was sentenced to six years probation and 10 years in prison (suspended). Judge James Rush approved the deal. Tony Chavez was the attorney.

Teresa Elder, 58, was granted community supervision discharge and dismissal Feb. 6, 2012 on the charge of driving while intoxicated third or more. Judge Bill McCoy presided. Lawrence Barber, Jr. was the attorney.

ENTICING CHILD AWAY FROM CUSTODIAN

Ashton Ruiz, 21, pleaded guilty Oct. 21 to enticing child away from custodian with intentional felony and was sentenced to seven years in prison in an order adjudicating guilt. Judge Denn Whalen approved the deal. Luis A. Chavez was the attorney.

EVADING ARREST

Salvador Lerma, III, 33, pleaded guilty Oct. 19 to evading arrest detain with vehicle and was sentenced to 10 years in prison. Judge Justin Low approved the deal.

EXPLOITATION OF ELDERLY INDIVIDUAL

Gabriela Mendoza, 35, was granted community supervision discharge and dismissal Oct. 25 on the charge of exploitation of elderly individual. Judge John Shrode presided. Christina Jimenez was the attorney.

FAIL TO COMPLY

Dillon Lee Wagner, 30, pleaded guilty Oct. 21 to fail to comply sex offenders duty to register life/annual and was sentenced to five years in prison. Judge Denn Whalen approved the deal. Christy Lynn Cauthen was the attorney.

FORGERY

Jesus Enoc Terrazas, 37, pleaded guilty Oct. 19 on the charge lesser included offense of forgery and was sentenced to 12 months in state jail. Judge John W. Smith approved the deal. Kevin Acker was the attorney.

INDECENCY WITH CHILD SEXUAL CONTACT

Clay Rodriguez Armendariz, 44, was granted community supervision discharge and dismissal Oct. 24 on two charges of indecency with child sexual contact, (F2). Judge James Rush presided. Richard Keen was the attorney.

MANUFACTURE DELIVERY

SEXUAL ASSAULT

Jerome Keith Mazone, 29, pleaded guilty Oct. 20 on two counts of aggravated sexual assault child and was sentenced to eight years probation and deferred adjudication. Judge John Shrode approved the deal.

TAMPER/FABRICATE

Melissa Delgadillo Garcia, 52, had a tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair charge dismissed Oct. 25. Judge John W. Smith presided.

THEFT

Christian Javier Tavarez, 22, was granted community supervision discharge and dismissal Oct. 25 on the charge of theft of firearm (Sjf). Judge Denn Whalen presided. Tony Chavez was the attorney.

Dixie Lois Harshman, 50, had a theft property, less than $2,500 two more previous convictions charge dismissed Oct. 18. Judge Justin Low presided.

Eric Broadwater, 32, pleaded guilty Oct. 21 to theft property, more than $30,000, but less than $150,000, and was sentenced to 10 years probation and deferred adjudication. Judge James Rush approved the deal.
