Mar. 6—The following is a list of felony indictments by an Ector County grand jury. The list does not include those who have yet to be arrested.

ASSAULT

Aaron Reid Lewis, 39, was indicted Jan. 9 on aggravated assault causes serious bodily injury, second degree felony.

Alfredo Contreras Sigero, 34, was indicted Feb. 16 on sexual assault, second degree felony.

Octavio Caballero Delao, 34, was indicted Feb. 16 on aggravated assault with deadly weapon, second degree felony.

Scott James Duke, 67, was indicted Feb. 16 on assault public servant, third degree felony.

Travis Felton, 43, was indicted Feb. 16 on assault peace officer/judge, second degree felony.

Vincent Serrano, 42, was indicted Dec. 13, 2022 on assault family/household member previous conviction IAT, third degree felony.

BURGLARY

Jessica Llanez Chavez, 47, was indicted Feb. 16 on burglary of habitation, second degree felony.

Logan Allen, 17, was indicted Feb. 16 on burglary of building, state jail felony.

DWI

Elizabeth Lucia Walters, 39, was indicted Feb. 16 on driving while intoxicated third or more, third degree felony.

Homero Villareal, 36, was indicted Feb. 16 on driving while intoxicated third or more, third degree felony.

EVADING ARREST

Croll Jay Amare, 19, was indicted Feb. 16 on evading arrest detain with vehicle, third degree felony.

Noah Fidencio Flores, 20, was indicted Feb. 16 on evading arrest detain with previous conviction, state jail felony.

Roberto Leigh Granados, 22, was indicted Feb. 16 on evading arrest detain with vehicle, third degree felony.

Shawn Kaleb Drake, 32, was indicted Feb. 16 on evading arrest detain with previous conviction, state jail felony.

FALSE STATEMENT PROPERTY/CREDIT

Luis Rodriguez, 36, was indicted Feb. 16 on false statement property/credit, more than $30,000, but less than $150,000, third degree felony.

FORGERY

Jennifer Lynn Murray, 23, was indicted Feb. 23 on forgery, state jail felony.

KIDNAPPING

Cristian Andrew Manriquez, 30, was indicted Feb. 16 on aggravated kidnapping with deadly weapon, second degree felony.

John Anthony Arguello, 24, was indicted Feb. 16 on aggravated kidnapping with deadly weapon, second degree felony.

Joseph France, 38, was indicted Feb. 16 on aggravated kidnapping with deadly weapon, second degree felony.

Pamela Daupert, 57, was indicted Feb. 16 on aggravated kidnapping with deadly weapon, second degree felony.

Patrick Lewis Anderson, 43, was indicted Feb. 16 on aggravated kidnapping with deadly weapon, second degree felony.

MANUFACTURE DELIVERY

Jason Allen Maldonado, 38, was indicted Feb. 16 on manufacture delivery of a controlled substance, more than four grams, but less than 200 grams, felony unassigned.

Jeanette Michelle Vigil, 31, was indicted Feb. 16 on manufacture delivery of a controlled substance, more than four grams, but less than 200 grams, felony unassigned.

Juan Adrian Silvas, 23, was indicted Feb. 16 on manufacture delivery of a controlled substance, more than four grams, but less than 200 grams, felony unassigned.

OBSTRUCTION OR RETALIATION

Vincent Serrano, 42, was indicted Dec. 13, 2022 on obstruction or retaliation, third degree felony.

Adam Andrew Nieto, 25, was indicted Feb. 16 on possession of a controlled substance, more than four grams, but less than 400 grams, second degree felony.

Amy Lynn Chavez, 52, was indicted Feb. 16 on possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, state jail felony.

April Chandler, 39, was indicted Feb. 16 on possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, state jail felony.

Paul Solis Nieto, 56, was indicted Feb. 16 on theft property, less than $2,500 two more previous convictions, state jail felony.
