The Mini Essentials set—a collection of four 3.4-ounce bottles of olive oil and vinegar—is no exception, and it’s finally back in stock today. Since launching last October, the set has sold out three times already. And, yes, it’s expected to sell out again, and fast.
The collection of four 100-ml bottles includes Brightland’s two best-selling olive oils, Awake and Alive, and two “fruit forward” vinegars, Parasol and Rapture, all packaged together in a bright (no pun intended), colorful, and sweetly decorated box. Sure, the bottles and the packaging are great for gifting, but they’re also a better way to experience some of Brightland’s signature products if you’ve never tried them before. The set gives shoppers virtually everything they’d want from an olive oil and vinegar combo. The Awak oil has “herbaceous notes” that complement everything from soups and pastas to baked potatoes and roast chicken, while the Alive oil has a “buttery, smooth” taste meant for baking, dressing salads, and whisking into marinades. Then there are the two vinegars—a “bright, citrusy,” double-fermented champagne vinegar composed of chardonnay grapes and navel and Valencia oranges, plus a raw balsamic made from Zinfandel grapes and blackberries.
