On Day 2 of the 2022 NFL Draft, the Tennessee Titans found their potential quarterback of the future in Liberty’s Malik Willis and added cornerback and offensive-line depth in Auburn’s Roger McCreary and Ohio State’s Nicholas Petit-Frere, respectively.

Who could the Titans target on the third and final day of the draft, which begins at 11 a.m. CT Saturday?

Here are eight names to watch for Tennessee:

Cade Otton, tight end, Washington

Measurables: 6-5, 247 pounds.

2021 stats (8 games): 28 receptions, 250 yards, TD

Young tight end depth is still a need. Otton is well-versed in blocking – it’s the primary responsibility of tight ends at Washington – and has pass-catching upside. He had more than 1,000 career receiving yards for the Huskies.

Khalil Shakir, wide receiver, Boise State

Measurables: 6-0, 196 pounds.

2021 stats (12 games): 77 receptions, 1,117 yards, 7 TDs

After trading Brown, there’s a chance the Titans aren’t done at receiver after selecting Burks.

Shakir, a two-time first-team selection in the Mountain West, was a physical receiver at Boise State who lined up primarily in the slot. He would also be a punt-returning option for Tennessee.

Marquis Hayes, guard, Oklahoma

Measurables: 6-5, 318 pounds.

2021 stats (13 games): 13 starts at left guard

Oklahoma's Marquis Hayes (54) lines up for a play during a spring football game for the University of Oklahoma Sooners (OU) at Gaylord Family-Oklahoma Memorial Stadium in Norman, Okla., Saturday, April 24, 2021.

Hayes would be thrust into the mix at left guard, where the Titans still have a void following Rodger Saffold’s release.

Hayes made 36 consecutive starts at the spot for Oklahoma. A violent run blocker, he was a standout at the Senior Bowl.

NICHOLAS PETIT-FRERE: 3 things to know about Ohio State OL Nicholas Petit-Frere, a Tennessee Titans third-round pick

James Cook, running back, Georgia

Measurables: 5-11, 199 pounds.

2021 stats (15 games): 113 carries, 728 yards, 7 TDs

After releasing Darrynton Evans this offseason, the Titans could look to shore up the third-down back role behind Derrick Henry. Cook was a pass-catching weapon out of the backfield for Georgia, posting 27 receptions for 284 yards and four touchdowns last season.

Leon O’Neal, safety, Texas A&M

Measurables: 6-0, 204 pounds.

2021 stats (12 games): 58 tackles (three for loss), 1 sack, 7 PBUs, 2 INTs

The Titans are still in need of safety depth behind starters Kevin Byard and Amani Hooker. O’Neal was a standout at the Senior Bowl, earning a player-of-the-week award in Mobile.

Neil Farrell Jr., defensive lineman, LSU

Measurables: 6-4, 330 pounds.

2021 stats (12 games): 45 tackles (9.5 for loss), 2 sacks, 2 PBUs

Titans starting nose tackle Teair Tart missed six games last season due to injury. Farrell would give them depth at the position.

ROGER MCCREARY: Tennessee Titans draft pick Roger McCreary might be small but he's tough as nails

Esezi Otomewo, edge, Minnesota

Measurables: 6-5, 282 pounds.

With 2021 fourth-rounder Rashad Weaver coming off a broken leg, the Titans would be wise to consider young depth at edge rusher behind Harold Landry and Bud Dupree.

Baylon Spector, inside linebacker, Clemson

Measurables: 6-0, 223 pounds.

2021 stats (11 games): 85 tackles (4.5 for loss), 2.5 sacks, 1 FF, 2 PBUs, 1 INT

Clemson linebacker Baylon Spector (10) sacks Boston College quarterback Dennis Grosel (6) during the fourth quarter at Memorial Stadium in Clemson, S.C., October 2, 2021.

A converted safety, Spector could give the Titans the kind of coverage value at inside linebacker that they lost with Jayon Brown leaving in free agency.
