Eileen Saki, known for playing barkeep Rosie on classic TV series M*A*S*H*, has died. She was 79 years old.

Saki — who also played Dr. Fujimoto on “Splash” and appeared in the Mel Brooks comedy “History of the World: Part I” — died of cancer on Monday, TMZ reported, citing family sources.

Saki enjoyed a decades-long career that included roles in “Policewomen” (1974) and “Meteor” (1979), according to IMDb. Between 1976 and 1981, she appeared in nine episodes of M*A*S*H*, the Korean War dramedy starring Alan Alda, Loretta Swit, Mike Farrell and a host of others. Saki played the owner of Rosie’s Bar, where servicemen congregated to unwind and she gave counsel — for a price.

In later years, Saki cropped up in commercials for everything from Shark Week to Uber Eats.

In February of last year Saki interviewed with Jeff Maxwell, who played Private Igor in M*A*S*H*, and mega fan Ryan Patrick, for their podcast M*A*S*H* Matters.

It was “love at first guest,” Maxwell wrote of their encounter. “I think it took two — maybe three minutes for us to fall in love with her. She was gracious, funny, engaging, insightful, adorable, filled with M*A*S*H stories, and exhibited more energy than I remember having 20 years ago.”

“A special woman, Eileen captivated you with a twinkle and smile in her soul,” he continued. “I am very grateful to have had that experience. It’s one I will cherish forever.”

The podcast hosts went to bat for Saki as soon as she was diagnosed in March, sending out a call for messages of “encouragement, hope, appreciation and adoration” for the actress.

“Rosie survived the war in Korea. But now, a whole new battle has begun,” they shared. “Our beloved Rosie, Eileen Saki, has been diagnosed with cancer.”

After her passing, they posted a reel of her work, courtesy of her husband Bob Borgen.

“Our sweet Eileen. Our sassy Rosie,” Maxwell and Ryan said in a statement upon the sad news. “Our sweet, sweet Eileen. How we love you. How we will miss you.”

One month prior to Saki’s death, Judy Farrell, known for playing Nurse Able on the hit CBS series, passed away at age 84 after suffering a stroke.
