Hot take: Einstein Bros. isn’t afraid to get a little wilder than other bagel chains with their offerings (see: the time they baked mac and cheese into their bagels). The latest mash-up they want to put in your hands is a Bagelrito, aka a bagel and burrito combo.

The creation is made of two cage-free eggs, thick-cut bacon, turkey sausage, three cheeses, hash browns, salsa, and green chilies all in a flour tortilla that’s stuffed into hand-wrapped Asiago bagel dough. The slogan for the mash-up seems to hold true: “big, bold, and easy to hold.” It will be available at participating locations across the country starting February 27.

Back in October, the Bagelrito was first tested at five Denver locations and quickly sold out, according to Bake. “Given the popularity of the Bagelrito during the Denver test, we knew we couldn’t keep this breakfast innovation from the rest of the country for too long,” vice president of marketing at Einstein Teka O’Rourke said: “We just needed a bit of time to ensure our bakeries are set up to meet the volume of orders we’re expecting.”

It's unclear if the best of both the bagel and burrito worlds is only here for a limited time again. If it is and it proves to be anything like the Denver test, you might want to channel your inner morning person and get yourself to your local shop at its opening to ensure you secure one.
