El Dorado County restaurants forces outside as county moves to most restrictive COVID-19 tier

Nearly all California counties will be in the state’s most restrictive COVID-19 tier. On Monday, Gov. Gavin Newsom announced 28 counties will be moved into the purple tier, regardless of its current standing. El Dorado County was in the orange, or moderate tier. Instead of moving backwards one step into the red, or widespread tier, it is being forced back into the most restrictive purple tier. Get the full story in the video above.
