El Paso Chihuahuas unveil new uniforms for 10th-year celebration set for 2023 season

The El Paso Chihuahuas will don a fresh set of uniforms for their 10th-year celebration during the 2023 season.

The team unveiled the logo for the celebration Friday morning. The unveiling included the 10th-year jersey, which includes gold trim, a brown and yellow jersey the team will wear to show their affiliation with the San Diego Padres, and Marvel’s Defenders of the Diamond merchandise as part of a Minor League Baseball program.

The new logo is in the shape of the state of Texas with the iconic Star on the Mountain in El Paso. The logo contains gradients of gold, with the number 10 and the Chihuahuas' dog head logo in the middle and the years 2014 and 2023 in a red banner to signify the years since the team began.

Jerseys, apparel, and some of the new caps are now available for purchase at the Chihuahuas Durango Team Shop, 1 Ballpark Plaza. The team shop is open Monday-Saturday from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. The jerseys are also available at epchihuahuas.com.
