The ‘Elf’ Icee Flavor Is Back At Target Already, So Looks Like We’re Skipping Straight To The Holidays

It's pretty clear that with everything going on, we're looking forward to the holidays. Hershey's line of Halloween candy has already been announced, and so have holiday-themed coffee creamers, so it's really no surprise that the "Elf"-flavored Icee has already returned to Target.

This "Elf"-flavored Icee is actually just cherry lime, but it likely gets its name from the red and green colors of those two flavors. The Icee itself is bright green in color and was also available last year, though it started popping up at Target stores in November. The Christmas-themed flavor was spotted by @foodiewiththebeasts next to the Baby Narwhal Icee, another popular flavor that tastes like cotton candy.

Although in the past, Halloween and other holiday-themed foods came out a little bit later in the year, these recent launches can get us excited for the upcoming months and lead us into fall. One commenter on @foodwiththebeasts's said they're a fan of these early releases. "I usually don't feel this way, but I'm all for early Christmas this year," they wrote, and another mirrored that sentiment saying, "So cute! I'm loving the ELF theme stuff! It's my fav movie."

Looks like we're all in accordance that we're skipping straight to fall this year, and I'm honestly not complaining! But if you're still a little weary to get in touch with your holiday cheer just yet, you can always opt for the Baby Narwhal Icee at your Target cafe in the meantime. You do you.
