Elk Grove Unified officials break down plan to reopen campuses

The Elk Grove Unified School District announced Monday it is readying a learning model that would reintroduce some in-person instruction to parents who want their students to return to a classroom setting. The school district said this approach, however, depends on Sacramento County's ability to advance further with the state's four-tier reopening system, each tier with its own set of restrictions based on how a county is handling the spread of COVID-19. The school district’s plan is an optional hybrid in-person and distance learning model. Get the full story in the video above.
