The Microenterprise Assistance Program provides eligible businesses, start-ups, and entrepreneurs with financial assistance, entrepreneurial training, and long-term support. The goal of this New York State Division of Homes and Community Renewal program is to stimulate economic growth and create jobs by providing resources and support to microbusinesses (businesses with five employees or fewer).

Elmira Heights business owners who are eligible for the program could receive grants of between $5,000 to $30,000. The grants must be used for specific projects, and the projects need to be partially funded by the business owners.

Business owners interested in learning more about the Microenterprise Assistance Program must register by 3 p.m. on Monday, March 25, by contacting Ostrander’s Consulting by calling 607-857-8238 or emailing info@ostranderconsulting.com.
