Their JanuARIE wedding might be just two months away, but former Bachelor stars Arie Luyendyk Jr. and Lauren Burnham aren't waiting any longer to start a family of their own: The two just announced that they are expecting their first child together, only months after their March engagement! The couple announced the exciting news in the latest issue of Us Weekly, saying their baby-to-be came totally unexpectedly.

"The first thing we thought of was, 'Oh, my gosh. Our wedding!' Obviously we're not married yet, but this is the way it happened," said Burnham, who plans on wearing a Hayley Paige wedding dress down the aisle. "And this is probably the way it was meant to happen!"

The couple, who is set to tie the knot in January in Hawaii, reportedly found out about the news at their home in Phoenix, Arizona. The bride-to-be told Us Weekly she "kind of had a feeling" she might be pregnant, so she asked a friend to bring over a pregnancy test. Burnham said that she made her groom read the results out loud to her.

"Arie came out with the test in his hand and tears in his eyes," she said. "He was like, 'You're pregnant!'" After their first test, they bought six more at the store—just to be sure. "Lauren took all of them and they were all positive," Luyendyk, a former racecar driver, said. "We weren't trying, but we are so excited. It's going to be a whole new chapter in our lives."

As for their parenting styles, the two say that they're "kind of basing it off of how we parent our dogs!" Luyendyk says he thinks he will be a "softie" as a dad, whereas his bride will be "a little bit more disciplinarian."

Burnham said that her first trimester hasn't been easy: "I had really bad morning sickness and barely left the house," the 26-year-old confessed. "But over the last week I've started feeling a lot better, so it's nice to have my energy back." Luckily, she said that her fiancé, 37, "does everything" around the house, which has made her pregnancy easier. (Looks like he's learned to be a little less selfish since his on-air snub to Becca Kurfin.)
