Emergency Officials Show Storm Damage After 'Possible Tornado' Passes Through Mississippi

Weather radar indicated a tornado in Monroe County, Mississippi, as thunderstorms moved through the region on Thursday, January 12, according to the National Weather Service (NWS).

Video posted by the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency on Thursday, which they said was filmed in Monroe County, shows debris and damaged structures caused by the “possible tornado.”

Officials said that “no injuries have been reported.”
