Emergency Responders Work to Contain Building Fire in Leeds

Emergency responders worked to extinguish a fire burning at a “derelict” building in Leeds, England, on Saturday, October 15, according to the West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service.

Fire officials reported that buildings in the area were evacuated. The fire service considered the building to be a “potentially unsafe structure.”

Videos shared by Will Dunaway on Saturday show blazing flames and billowing dark smoke rising from a building in Leeds.
