Emergency Services at Tokyo Train Station After Several Injured in Knife Attack

A man who attacked and injured several passengers before lighting a fire on a Tokyo train on October 31, was arrested, local media citing police said.

NHK said at least 17 people were injured in the attack on the Keio Line train near Kokuryo station on Sunday. Citing police, the report said a 24-year-old male suspect began attacking passengers at around 8 pm and was arrested on “suspicion of attempted murder”.
