The gated home is also in prime location, backing to Stoney Creek Metropark and minutes away from downtown Rochester, according to the listing.

Marshall Mathers bought the property in 2003, the same year his Slim Shady LP album made Rolling Stone’s 500 greatest albums of all time list. In 2017, the rapper sold the house. Prior to Mathers, the mansion was owned by Kmart CEO Charles Conaway.

The home at 5760 Winkler Mill Road is listed on Century 21 with agent Kyle Matta, who can be reached at 248-652-7700.
