Emma Roberts is truly living her best life while on vacation in Costa Rica.

Earlier on her trip, the actress, 30, shared a photo of herself swimming in a red one-piece along with a few hiking photos. Emma later shared a post that showed her lounging in a neon pink bikini while reading a book.

She captioned her most recent pic, "It was the last day in paradise @thewell @altagraciaauberge@aubergeresorts 📖 💗🏝👙."

Of course, her followers were loving the vacation vibes with one fan commenting, "U LOOK AMAZING." Others were feeling some major FOMO with another adding, "Transport meeeee."

Emma looks stunning in her vacation photos, and I'm floored by how toned her abs look. As it turns out, she's a regular at the gym and loves mixing up her workouts.

In 2011, she told Women's Health that she took up Pilates and loved how fast she saw results. "I'm impatient," said Emma. "A couple times [on the machines] and you already see results. You wake up in the morning feeling a lot better. Also, I carry stress in my neck and back, and Pilates loosens everything up and keeps me flexible."

Emma's work ethic in the gym is definitely noticeable. In a 2018 interview with SELF, her trainer Andrea Orbeck said,"[Emma is] very athletic, and she's a little dynamo, which is fun." She then went on to explain that their workouts together are usually under one hour and consist of three circuits of strength training and cardio.

As for her diet, Emma told Shape that she likes to start her day off with an iced coffee. And when she's not busy on set, she whips up bacon and eggs for breakfast. "I adore classic breakfast foods," she said.

For lunch, she'll grab a chopped salad with avocado, chicken, and tomatoes. She packs on the protein for dinner with lean meats or fish with teriyaki sauce, brown rice, and veggies.

Even though she sticks to a nutritious diet, Emma doesn't hold back on what she can and can't eat (snacks included). She told Shape, "I try not to say that I won't eat something. Instead, I stay in tune with my body and my mind, and I think, What do I feel like eating?"
