Emmerdale's David compares Victoria to Maya in row over Jacob

David Metcalfe has struck back at Victoria Sugden for her affair with Jacob Gallagher by comparing her to one of Emmerdale's worst-ever villains.
As part of his exit week, David discovered his ex-girlfriend Victoria was romantically involved his son Jacob after seeing them share a kiss.
This ordeal has brought back trauma for David because he caught out his ex-girlfriend Maya Stepney grooming his then-underage son Jacob several years ago.
The circumstances in this case are very different because, while certainly not ideal, Jacob was of age and consenting when he got involved romantically with Victoria.
In Wednesday's (November 29) episode, Victoria tried to seek out David to explain her actions after he'd worried his family by suddenly going missing.
David lashed out at Victoria by accusing her of "biding her time" until Jacob was of age, so she "wouldn't have to end up in prison with Maya".
"You're disgusting," Victoria replied. "He's an adult. He makes his own choices."
Victoria refused to rise to the verbal abuse as David called her a "rubbish burger-flipper" and accused her of nearly killing Jacob a few weeks ago by forgetting his nut allergy.
"I know that you wanted me back, but I want Jacob and he wants me," Victoria insisted.
David then warned her: "Abused by Maya, his next girlfriend murdered. He doesn't know what he wants, but I know what he's not going to get and that's you. You end this right now."
He then returned to the village, where Eric Pollard gave his son some food for thought by revealing that daughter Amba Metcalfe has been having trouble at school and could use a visit.
Meanwhile, Victoria went to Jacob to tell him they'd have to break it off because of how much pain they were causing David.
Is it really over for Jacob and Victoria?
