Emmy Awards 2022: The best-dressed stars on this year’s red carpet from Laverne Cox to Elle Fanning
The 2022 Emmy Awards are officially here, which means the biggest names in TV are currently arriving on the red carpet for the 74th annual awards.
Celebrity attendees are expected to bring out the Hollywood glamour at this year’s awards show, which is taking place at Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, California, for the first time since 2019.
From Elle Fanning to Lily James and Hannah Waddingham, these are the best-dressed stars on this year’s Emmy red carpet.
Elle Fanning
Fanning arrived on the red carpet at this year’s Emmy Awards in a black strapless gown with light pink lining and a train. She completed the look with a simple diamond necklace and a pinned-up updo.
Hannah Waddingham
The Ted Lasso star also chose a gown in a shade of pale pink, with the British actor posing in a pink strapless ball gown with a bustier-style bodice and a full tulle skirt. She completed the look with a gold and diamond-encrusted snake bangle.
Lily James
The Mamma Mia star arrived on the red carpet aheadof this year’s Emmy Awards in a bronze sequined dress. She wore her hair down to complete the look.
Kenan Thompson
The Emmys host this year posed on the red carpet ahead of the awards show in a pair of purple suit pants and a dark purple velvet suit jacket. He accessorised the look with purple sunglasses, a light purple shirt, and a purple bowtie.
Laverne Cox
