How to enable Facebook dark mode on any device
You can enable Facebook dark mode on your iPhone, Android, or computer.
Facebook dark mode allows you to switch the app's background to black instead of white.
Dark mode can save battery life and may even be easier on your eyes, especially at night.
Dark mode is an optional setting that changes the background of an app's interface, like Facebook, from white to black, and text from black to white.
Dark mode consumes less battery on your device because displaying darker pixels on an LED screen uses less power than displaying white ones. Some people also find that it's less straining on the eyes, and many believe that the reduced blue light helps them sleep better, though it's not scientifically proven.
