Enchant Christmas light maze will return to Tropicana Field

ST. PETERSBURG — The baseball diamond at Tropicana Field will once again be transformed into a holiday wonderland when Enchant Christmas returns on Black Friday, Nov. 25.

Dubbed “the world’s largest Christmas maze,” the glittery attraction was a big hit when it opened in 2019, with many sold-out weekends. It did not happen in 2020 because of the pandemic, but it returned last year with a new “Magical Night Sky” of synchronized lights dancing across the stadium roof.

“We bring a new story and elements to our featured light maze each year, so guests always have something special to experience when returning to enjoy a holiday night at Enchant with family and friends,” said Enchant Christmas founder and CEO Kevin Johnston.

Its new national sponsor, the Hallmark Channel, will be offering experiences that include a “Hallmark Cozy Christmas” lounge, photo opportunities, wine tasting and a chance for fans to win a set visit to a Hallmark movie in production.

The walk-thru maze will have more than 4 million sparkling lights, a 100-foot-tall tree, an ice skating trail, live entertainment, Santa visits and a holiday shopping marketplace with crafts, gifts and culinary treats.

Tickets go on sale Sept. 15 at enchantmagic.com. Ticket prices were not yet released, but last year they started at $25-$35 and were more expensive on weekend nights. Ice skate rentals were $9.95 last year.
