While presenting the award online, the Duke of Sussex said his wife, Meghan, recently told him that their generation and those before them had not "done enough to right the wrongs of the past."
"I, too, am sorry that we haven't got the world to the place that you deserve it to be," Harry said.
The 35-year-old added that "now is the time" to address unconscious bias in society and that he and his wife were both "committed to be part of the solution."
