Nikita Kucherov had one goal and three assists in the victory, while Andrei Vasilevskiy continued to shut Florida down with 34 saves. Vasilevskiy has allowed one goal by the Panthers in each game so far.
If there is a bright spot, it's that the Panthers finally got a power-play goal, as Sam Reinhardt scored in the first period. It was Florida's first power-play goal of the playoffs overall. But if the Panthers are to stay alive in the playoffs, they'll have to figure out how to get past Vasilevskiy, the defending Conn Smythe Trophy winner for playoff MVP.
